The American Kennel Club accepted an invitation from the Mexican Kennel Club to participate at the World Dog Show 2007 in Mexico City, May 24th - 27th. The event has drawn entries of over 4,000 and is open to the 350 breeds recognized by F.C.I.

Ronald H. Menaker (AKC Chairman of the Board) and Dennis Sprung (AKC President and Chief Executive Officer) are both judging at the World Dog Show 2007. Barbara Ohmann (Director of AKC Club Education) and Michael Canalizo (Director of AKC Events Management) are welcoming visitors to the AKC Booth.

The judging panel has an international flavor with several AKC licensed judges, and many US exhibitors have also made the trip to present their dogs. Check back for updates as they come in.
