Fred Hulme Bio for Crufts 2007
Fred Hulme has been involved in the sport of obedience since 1982. He started training a Doberman Pinscher with a local training group, which led to personally training several of his own Doberman Pinschers and Golden Retrievers, while also helping many others achieve obedience titles on a variety of breeds up through the Obedience Trial Championship.
Fred currently owns a Golden Retriever OTCH Shoreland's Thrill Chaser UDX16 (T.C.). T.C. is highly ranked in all of the national obedience rating systems and has been throughout his career. He has always strived to do his best and give his all no matter what Fred has asked of him. T.C. continues to do so as he faces the challenge of learning the new obedience exercises that will be required for the Crufts Obedience World Cup competition and according to Fred, "T.C. has been a real pleasure to train and show."
Fred is happily married to his wife Lois. Together they have five children and seven grandchildren. Both Lois and Fred are excited and looking forward to their trip to England.
"I am thrilled and honored to be representing the United States and the American Kennel Club at the Crufts Obedience World Cup."
