Day One

The trip to France began with happy reunions of dogs handlers and supporters at the Atlanta and New York airports. There were Shelties and a Papillion in the cabins and 3 Border Collies and an Australian Shepherd in the hold. All dogs arrived in great shape, but the handlers are tired.
A 2 hour bus ride (bus with a trailer attached) to the 4 star hotel, Sofitel, provided lovely landscape to see, but we did not escape the heavy traffic in Brussels.
Tomorrow brings a sightseeing trip to Brugges and of course the dogs will be included.
